Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling subscriptions, services, and purchases on the PAKTIK platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Subscription Cancellation
If you have subscribed to one of our premium plans (Basic, Pro, or Elite), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works:
- Active Until Period End: Upon cancellation, your premium subscription will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy all premium features until that date.
- No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be billed for any subsequent billing cycles. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel mid-month, you will retain access through the end of that month but will not receive a pro-rated refund.
- Downgrade to Free: After your subscription period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. Your account data, quiz history, and certificates will be preserved, but access to premium-only features will be restricted.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Account Settings: Navigate to your Dashboard → Profile → Subscription section and click "Cancel Subscription."
- Support Team: Contact our support team via email at support@paktik.net with your registered email and a cancellation request.
- Live Chat: Use the in-app support chat feature to request a cancellation from our team.
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
3. Wallet Top-Up Cancellation
Wallet top-ups on PAKTIK are treated as instant digital transactions. Please note the following:
- Non-Cancellable: Once a wallet top-up has been processed and the funds have been credited to your PAKTIK wallet, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- Non-Refundable: Wallet funds are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used to purchase services within the PAKTIK platform.
- No Expiration: Wallet funds do not expire and will remain available in your account until used.
4. Individual Quiz Purchase Cancellation
Individual quiz purchases (pay-per-quiz) grant you immediate access to the quiz content. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery:
- Non-Cancellable After Access: Once a quiz has been unlocked, the purchase cannot be cancelled as the digital content has already been delivered.
- Pre-Access Cancellation: If payment has been processed but the quiz has not yet been accessed or attempted, you may contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase to request a cancellation review.
5. Exceptional Cancellation Circumstances
We understand that extraordinary situations may arise. We review cancellation and refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis:
- Technical Faults: If a persistent system error prevents you from accessing your paid content and our technical team is unable to resolve it within three (3) business days of reporting.
- Duplicate Transactions: If our payment system charges you twice for the same purchase, the duplicate transaction will be reversed immediately upon verification.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately with supporting evidence for investigation.
6. Cancellation by PAKTIK
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account or subscription under the following circumstances:
- Terms Violation: If you violate our Terms of Service, including cheating, sharing accounts, or using automated tools to manipulate scores.
- Fraudulent Activity: If fraudulent payment activity is detected on your account.
- Abusive Behaviour: If you engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior towards our staff or other users.
In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period or unused wallet balance.
