Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for choosing PAKTIK. Because we offer immediately accessible digital preparation resources and testing systems, we maintain a clear refund and cancellation policy outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any subscription, package, or topping up your digital wallet.
1. Digital Content Policy
All subscriptions, individual quiz purchases, and digital packages on PAKTIK are classified as digital products/services. Since access to question banks, detailed explanations, leaderboards, and certifications is granted immediately upon successful transaction completion, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or personal preference.
2. Wallet Top-Up Terms
Our digital wallet allows you to load funds using local payment channels (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer) to quickly purchase quiz attempts or subscription upgrades. Please note:
- Funds deposited into your PAKTIK digital wallet are strictly **non-refundable** and **non-transferable**.
- Wallet balances cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real cash or currency.
- These funds do not expire and will remain on your account until spent on the Platform's services.
3. Subscription Cancellation
If you have purchased a recurring membership plan, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active, and you will retain full premium access until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the active billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Refund Circumstances
While we enforce a general non-refundable policy, we review refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis:
- Technical Faults: If a system error prevents you from accessing your paid content, and our technical support team is unable to resolve it within three (3) business days from reporting.
- Duplicate Billing: If our payment gateways charge your account twice for a single transaction. We will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.
To submit a refund request, you must email us at support@paktik.net with your transaction receipt, registered email, and a description of the issue within seven (7) days of the transaction.
5. Instant Digital Delivery Policy
All purchases made on the PAKTIK platform are digital. Upon successful payment verification, your subscription status, wallet balance, or quiz unlocks are delivered and updated **instantly** on your account dashboard. We do not dispatch any physical items, books, or material goods to your address.
