PAKTIK is an exclusively online digital platform that provides MCQ-based quiz preparation, mock exams, live quizzes, leaderboard rankings, and verifiable certificates. We do not sell, distribute, or deliver any physical goods, printed materials, textbooks, or merchandise. As a result, traditional shipping, courier, or postal delivery services are not applicable to our business model.
2. No Physical Shipments
Since all products and services offered on PAKTIK are entirely digital in nature, there are no physical shipments involved. Specifically:
- No Physical Products: We do not sell books, study guides, stationery, or any other tangible items that would require shipping.
- No Courier Services: No third-party courier, postal, or logistics services are engaged for any transaction on our platform.
- No Shipping Charges: Since no physical goods are dispatched, no shipping or delivery charges will ever be applied to your purchase.
- No Delivery Address Required: You will never be asked for a shipping or delivery address during the purchase process.
3. Instant Digital Delivery
All purchases made on PAKTIK — including subscription plans, wallet top-ups, and individual quiz unlocks — are delivered instantly and electronically. Upon successful payment verification:
- Subscription Plans: Your account is immediately upgraded to the purchased plan (Basic, Pro, or Elite), granting access to all associated premium features.
- Wallet Top-Ups: Funds are credited to your PAKTIK digital wallet balance instantly and can be used right away.
- Quiz Unlocks: Individual quiz purchases grant you immediate access to attempt the quiz directly from your dashboard.
- Certificates: Digital certificates are generated automatically upon meeting the required pass criteria and are accessible from your account at any time.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once a transaction is successfully processed, you will receive confirmation through the following channels:
- Dashboard Update: Your account dashboard will immediately reflect the purchased plan, wallet balance, or unlocked quiz.
- Email Notification: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with the transaction details.
- Transaction History: A complete record of all your purchases and transactions is available in your account's Payment History section.
5. Delivery Issues
In the rare event that a digital product is not delivered after a successful payment, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log out and log back into your account to refresh your session.
- Step 2: Check your Payment History page to confirm that the transaction was processed successfully.
- Step 3: If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately with your transaction receipt and registered email address.
